Once your paper has been accepted by the Conference Program Committee, you should prepare you CRC. As often many papers are involved, we kindly ask you facilitate the work for the Proceedings Editor and the Publisher in order to avoid any delay in the handling of the papers. It is therefore very important to follow the instructions for authors as provide below strictly.
1. For the publication, all the accepted papers should be prepared strictly according to the template on the website http://www.jcis.org.cn/Submisssion.html. And make sure your final paper is in Letter format .
2.The camera ready copy should be a pdf file and send by email to jcis@hit.edu.cn.
3.The file containing your paper should be labeled using the following convention:
Track abbrevation_Paper ID.pdf
So, an article submitted to the track CVPR and the paper id is 15 should be labeled: CVPR_15.pdf.
4.To submit the camera ready copy, the author had better email us using the corresponding author's mailbox as submit your paper. |
