Payment Information
1.The remarks of the receipt from bank transfer should be as shown in the    registration form, which contains the information about your conference track    abbreviation, paper-ID, and corresponding author.

2.Handling charge is at your own expense.

3.A scanned copy (*.pdf or *.jpg) of the receipt of bank transfer should be sent to    jcis@hit.edu.cn before 25th Oct.

4.If you are a student author, a scanned copy(*.pdf or *.jpg) of your valid student ID    should be sent to jcis@hit.edu.cn accompany with the receipt before 25th Oct.

Important Notices
1.All conference registrations include entrance to all tracks/sessions, one copy of    the CD-ROM proceedings, lunches during the conference, and two banquets    which are not included in student registration, and if the student authors attend    the banquet, extra fee(RMB 200 per banquet) is needed.

2.As for the paper which the author did not attend the conference, the conference    organization committee reserve the right to not to submit the paper to the EI    Compendex .

3.All the papers should be presented orally, and the technical program will be shown    on the website soon.

4.Only the papers registered can be published, and if the registration has not been    received and not correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the    conference organizers will remove it from the proceedings. An accepted paper will    be published in the proceedings only if the registration form and the full-fee    payment for one of the authors are received and correctly processed by 25th Oct,    2008. Besides, only the papers presented during the conference can be indexed    by EI Compendex.
